The owners

Fabrice Paulin was a specialist in tourism for years in France, Iceland and Japan. He was in charge of several factories of smoked fish and he likes gardening. He speaks english. Fabrice Paulin also designes furniture.

Régine Paulin
was working in tourism business. She speaks English, German, Spanish and Chinese.

They have two children : Raphaël and Lara.

Why "Lilac Cottage" ? : The name of the farm was given in the 1950's by the former owner : Mrs Edith May Stepeson, an English woman who was the nurse of the Prince Charles.
